Pre-order Periods: Orders are collected twice a month, with cut-off dates on the 15th and 30th.
Order Compilation:After each cut-off date, all orders are compiled and sent to Momoji Hong Kong to be manufactured.
Lead Time: Please note that the lead time for production and shipment is 30 days from the cut-off date.
No Refunds or Exchanges:Please be aware that due to the personalized nature of this item, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
For example:
Orders placed between 1-15th July will have an estimated shipment arrival date of 15th August.
Orders placed between 16th-30th July will have an estimated shipment arrival date of 30th August.

Washing Instructions After your pet has worn the bib collar, gently wipe with a clean wet towel. For tough stains removal, engage professional dry-cleaning laundry service to help.
