  • Pre-order Periods: Orders are collected twice a month, with cut-off dates on the 15th and 30th.
  • Order Compilation: After each cut-off date, all orders are compiled and sent to Momoji Hong Kong to be manufactured.
  • Lead Time: Please note that the lead time for production and shipment is 30 days from the cut-off date.
  • No Refunds or Exchanges: Please be aware that due to the personalized nature of this item, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

For example:

  • Orders placed between 1-15th July will have an estimated shipment arrival date of 15th August.
  • Orders placed between 16th-30th July will have an estimated shipment arrival date of 30th August.
